May 9th, 2013 by

Oxfordshire Community and Voluntary Action (OCVA) is holding a training session for voluntary sector organisations to help them brush up on their marketing skills.

Charities and community projects will be able to find out about the basics and the misconceptions of marketing, identify target audiences and conduct a mini marketing audit, as well as writing effective marketing material and creating a tactical marketing plan.

The Marketing Essentials course costs £50 (£40 for OCVA members) and it will be held 9.30pm to 4.30pm on 19 July just off the Cowley Road in Oxford.
